Greater Hartford Arts Academy

This project involved the renovation of 55,000 square feet space within the historic Colt Gateway Complex for use as a performing are magnet school. The space includes large performance space, practice space as well as lab, classroom and office space. From design start to construction completion was no more than an eight month period. The existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems serving the renovated area were completely replaced.

All work was done in conformance with Historic Commission's guidelines.
