Project Approach
The client's goals and objectives are clearly defined at the initial meeting with the Principal. A scope of work is then developed that is focused on meeting these goals. The project is then assigned to a Project Manager. The project and it's scope, challenges, major points are reviewed at an initial internal team meeting. Resources are allocated to the project as it is worked into the firm's overall schedule. Progress for all projects is reviewed at weekly staff meetings.
Thorough fieldwork is performed for all projects in existing structures. Proper engineering discipline is followed for all projects. Load calculations are performed and checked. Representatives of the equipment being incorporated into our design are contacted to make sure that their equipment is being applied correctly.
