This project involved the design of a roof mounted photovoltaic panel array for this office and manufacturing facility.

The building's owner wanted to reduce theirs and their tenant's utility bills and wanted a more sustainable building. Approximately 2,900 solar panels were connected directly to the buildings electrical system through four (4) inverters ranging in size from 75 to 225 kW. The system has a peak capacity of 614 kW, harvesting approximately 676,776 kWh of energy annually from this array over the next 20 - 35 years.

Aztech Engineers Inc. was involved with the owner from the inception of this project and assisted the owner in obtaining a monetary incentive for it.
