UCONN Health Partners Dermatology Suite Renovations

Interior renovations and alterations were required for the Lobby and Dermatology Suite of the UCONN Heath Partners facility at 99 Ash Street in East Hartford, CT. The examination rooms were expanded and provided with new sinks, lighting and power.
The HVAC and fire sprinkler systems were modified for the floor plan alterations. The Dermatology waiting area was separated and renovated with new finishes and lighting.
A new power panel was added to handle the increased electrical requirements. There were very limited existing conditions drawings so a thorough field survey was essential. Phasing, careful planning and coordination permitted the facility to stay open during construction.
